Terms of Service
1. Full payment must be done upfront through Ko-fi.1A. When using the Paypal method in Ko-fi, if it asks, please make sure to select the Family and Friends option to avoid paying the extra fee placed on it.2. Request takes up to a minimum of 5 days to a maximum of 3 weeks.3. No cancelations or refunds can be requested once the payment goes through, so please make wise decisions.4. All comm art will be posted on my social media. I can tag you in the post or write you as "Anonymous" (ex: Comm Art for Anonymous).4A. If you prefer to keep your art private and have me not post it anywhere, please make sure to let me know beforehand.5. Pose references are required. They can consist of stock photos, stick figures, 3d models, etc. However, if you don't have any ideas, dm me first and we can brainstorm together before any payment is made.6. Comms are for personal use ONLY! Do NOT use for any commercial or business means.6A. This means you can also use the art as your pfp, background, header, post on social media on your account, etc., so long as you credit me.6B. If you plan to make a print, keychain, standee, etc., of the art I gave you, it has to be ONLY for you and NOT for any kind of distribution.7. Do NOT use my art for any kind of AI training.7A. If asked, I can provide another version of your comm with an AI filter to post on social media.8. Revisions are ONLY allowed during the sketch phase. I'll be sending you many updates so make sure to let me know ahead of time if you change your mind.8A. If I make any mistakes in the art, please let me know! I will not get mad. This is for you and I want to make sure you're happy with it. I'll be sure to fix it right away without any charge so long as its minor/very obvious (i.e. wrong hair color, missing accessory, etc.) or during the sketch phase!9. If you have a request that is not listed in the commission list (i.e. full body, comics, reference sheet, doodle page, designing an oc, etc.), please dm me first so we can discuss to see if it is within my ability, and then I will provide you a price quota for it.10.
